Intro

This website started with a simple idea — controlling a smart switch at home using HTTP requests. It began as a program I made to remotely toggle lights with a keyboard shortcut, but within a few days, that small project grew piece by piece into a self-hosted website running on my own server.

I’ve got some other things I’d love to try — like making a basic operating system, building a simple web server, or creating a program that listens for certain notes I play on the guitar and, when I hit the right ones, opens a website, runs some commands for me, or whatever else I want it to do on my computer.

This section is still a work in progress. I'm juggling a bunch of different parts of this project — from the website itself to the server it's running on. Eventually, I’ll use this space to talk about books I’ve been reading, things I’ve learned, or just thoughts I want to share. Got a cool idea for what I should use this space for? Let me know.
